DAV Public School Kailash Hills, and Delhi Traffic Police, successfully launched a Street Theatre Awareness Campaign focused on Sustainable Transportation, Zero Pollution, and Road Safety during the Police Commemoration Week 2024.
This initiative aimed to engage the community through the vibrant medium of street theatre, with children performing at prominent locations like Connaught Place and Shivaji Stadium Metro Station. Their performances were not only entertaining but also served as an effective educational tool, raising awareness about critical issues affecting urban life. By blending creativity with social responsibility, the children sought to inform the public about sustainable practices and the importance of road safety.
The initiative received invaluable support from the Road Safety Cell of the Delhi Traffic Police, who played a crucial role in the campaign's organization and management.
