Instructions for the payment of Fee
- The Fee is not transferable.
- Fee, Fines and other dues once paid are not refundable.
- Parents have to deposit Quarterly fee by the 10th of the first month of the Quarter without fine by cheque.
Mode of Payment
- Payment should be made by Online by 10th of the first month of the quarter in which it is due, as per schedule.
- Payment should be made by Online Via School's Website www.davkailashhills.com for each quater.
- If the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, a fine of Rs. 5 per day will be charged upto 20th of the first month of the quarter. Next due date with fine of Rs. 100/- will be 28th of the first month of the quarter.
- Defaulters would initiate the action of getting the names of their wards struck off the scholl rolls automatically on the last day of the first month of the quarter and no seperate intimation will be given to them to this effect. To seek re-admission, if the name is struck off, re-admission fee plus the usual late payment fine shall have to be paid.
- Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal.
- If a cheque bounces, Rs. 200/- penalty in addition to fine will be charged.
- Fee can be deposited at the school counter from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. On Saturday, from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. Please note that fee counter will remain closed on second Satrdays & on school holidays.
- Transport fee and other charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Pupils seeking admission or leaving during the middle of the term must pay the fee for the full term.
- Delay in payment of fee debars a pupil from sitting for any examination or unit test.
- Transport fee will be charged for eleven months and should be paid along with the term fee, failing which the student will not be allowed to avail the transport.

Instructions for Online Fee Payment

- Click on tab Pay Online Fee available on the school website’s Home Page - http://davkailashhills.com

- Click on PAY ONLINE NOW tab available at the bottom of the instructions.
|
- To login use Admission Number of your ward as User Id and Date of Birth as Password.For example : Admission no 12345678 & date of birth 03102003(without any /, -, . )

- Scroll Down the Page and Click on Pay Online Link.

- Select the One Quarter or any number of Quarter you want to pay.
|
- Students fee details will be displayed.
|
- Before Click on PAY NOW button Please check all the details of the student.
|
- Select the desired option for fee payment i.e. Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking etc.
|

- After processing Fee Receipt will be generated.
|
- Parents can print the receipt or can check the paid fee from PAID FEE link (available on top left of the webpage).
|
- Logout the account from the link available on top right of the screen.

Note : *Please check the fee description carefully before payment, incase you make payment and do not get the receipt due to net connectivity, kindly wait for 24 hours for automatically Re-generation of receipt.
