World Health Day

The celebration of on 8 April,2024 at D.A.V. Public School,Kailash Hills was an engaging and informative event aimed at raising awareness about health-related issues among students and promoting healthy habits. The event included various activities and initiatives by students of Classes IV to VII.
Students of Class IV prepared healthy fruit platter.
Students were educated about the importance of balanced diets and encouraged to make healthier food choices.
Fitness Challenges: Fun fitness challenges were organized in the Class V including yoga sessions, and meditation. These activities aimed to promote physical activity and emphasize the importance of staying active for overall well-being.
To encourage creativity and critical thinking, poster-making was held on topic ' MY HEALTH,MY RIGHT for the students of Class V.
Class VII students made Kindness and Appreciation cards for each other fostering mental health and well being.
Overall, the World Health Day celebration was a resounding success, fostering a culture of health consciousness and empowering students to make informed decisions about their well-being. By promoting holistic health and wellness, the event contributed to nurturing a healthier and happier school community.
