Registration to Pre-school (2023-24) General Category

Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully:

1) Minimum Age: 3 Years as on 31st March 2023. Upper Age Limit Less than 4 Years as on 31st March 2023
2) Fill the form in Capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through school website – http://davkailashhills.com
4) Payment will be made ONLINE.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
6) In case of single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Last date of online submission of Registration form for pre-school is 23-12-2022 on Website.
9) Transport facility is available on existing routes and stops.
10) After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.
11) If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same e-mail Id & password.
12) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Applicant’s, Father’s and Mother’s photograph). The size of the photograph should not exceed 200 KB and should not be less than 50KB.
 

Required Documents :

(i) Proof of Date of Birth : Birth certificate of child issued by MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation.
(ii) Proof of Address (Any 1) :

• • Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (having name of child).
  • Domicile certificate of child or his/ her parents.
  • voter I-card(EPIC) of any of the parents.
  • Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill in the name of any of the parents.
  • Passport issued by Govt. of India in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents
  • Passbook of running nationalised bank account having the photograph of the parents, Attested by the bank manager.

         Please note: Mobile Phone and internet bills will not be acceptable.
         Acknowledgement receipt of Aadhar card/UID card will not be acceptable.

(iii) Proof of alumni of DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, KAILASH HILLS : (Passing Certificate).
(iv) Proof of Sibling : Latest fee bill / Report Card / Identity Card

(v) If the child born in April 2020 proof attached.
